DOODLE.COM

I This handy dandy tool has helped me easily schedule a business or personal meeting that involved several people.  Let's say you want to pick a date and time to meet-up with five friends. You need a date and time that works for everyone.  Doodle can help you set up a poll!  It's free, easy to use and your friends don't even have to join the program to answer a poll.
